The participation is open to all the national and international artists. The work must exclusively be realized in calcareous stone of Gilena or adding any other kind of material or materials, provided that doesn't overcome the 25 percent of the volume of the work.
The blocks of calcareous stone will be furnished by the organization, and there is not a limit about the dimensions and the volume of the work. The event will take place from the 15th to the 29th of September 2012. Among all the received projects a specialized jury will select three artists finalists. The organization offers board and lodging to the selected artists. The travel expenses will have to be paid by the artists.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Please send the following documentation:
- Artistic curriculum with the following data: Name, Last name, IC or Nº of passport, Date of birth, Telephone, Email, Place, Postal Code, Province and Country
- Sculpture Project that artist intends to realize in the form of sketch and/or model of the same, a brief description of the work and the necessary dimensions of the stone block that artists intends to realize
