Guest studio in the BLO studio space
As of now international artists can apply for a guest studio in the BLO studio space, a green oasis in the centre of Berlin. The studio is 56 m² on the ground floor. It consists of a light, individual room. A third is seperated by a wall. The duration oft the lease is 2,5 months. The rent for the whole period amounts 875,00 €, including electricity, heating and internet. Toilets and a shower is available in the adjacent bathroom. A deposit of 150,00 € is payable on completion of the contract, which is refunded at the end of the lease or is charged against any expenses incurred for final cleaning and redecoration of the studio, if required. We would like the artists to present or exhibit their work at the end oft he lease. We will assist them in this with advertisement material and publicity through our networks.
